Demi Stoneburner and I just left the vet from picking up our precious baby Nena who was suppose to have 3 surgeries today..Sadly the surgeries did not take place due to the cancer tumors already being in her lungs and through out her body. We are devastated and heart broken for our little girl however at the same time we are thankful she did not have to go through all the surgeries and will be able to enjoy this last 6mos-to a year (hopefully longer) of her life comfortable as possible. She is in no pain at this time and a 6mos -1 year has been given to her at this time but unsure depending on how rapidly the tumors grow.. The large tumor on her side has been partly drained and Nena is on antibiotics at this time and will be seen again in 2 weeks 2 see how things are proceeding.. Please continue to keep our baby Nina and your prayers :-( thank you
