Treat yourself to an abundance of healthy, low calorie foods to reduce your cravings for unhealthy snacks. Use your favorite fruit instead of sugar to sweeten cereal, for example, or keep a baggie of raw vegetables in your purse for a crunchy midday snack. In a couple of weeks, you will lose interest in those unhealthy, fattening foods as you reawaken your culinary curiosity.
