Interested and qualifying candidates are invited to apply. The learnership programme will result in the attainment of an Further Education and Training Certificate in Public Service Communication on NQF Level 6. Requirements: •Matric/Grade 12 certificate; •Knowledge of application of Microsoft Office; •Proficiency in English; •Basic knowledge of at least one of the foreign languages: Arabic, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Spanish, Russian or German; •Unemployed young people (aged 18 and 35 years), with no previous full-time work experience. How to Apply Applications must be submitted on a Z83 form (duly completed and signed), obtainable from any Public Service department, and must be accompanied by a comprehensive CV and certified copies of qualifications, reflecting compliance with the minimum requirements as well as a certified copy of your ID document.
