A valid driver’s license. Duties: Programme performance data collection including analysing programme performance indicators and outputs. Identify data collection method based on outputs and indicators.. Conduct onsite visits to validate data sources and evidence. Programme performance data verification including comparing date collected to set standard. Capture verified data on all outputs and indicators. Programme performance reporting including to populate verified data on prescribed templates. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly programme performance reports. Maintain records on programmed performance reports.
