Oasis are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join their team at Carpenters Road in Ryde. This is an amazing role that would combine elements of IT Support, Graphic Design, Social Media and some Administration. Your duties will include: To provide IT support for all hardware including computers and tills etc To provide a full up to date internet service. To source and commission products as requested by management. To understand the running of Oasis and ensure that all procedures are relevant and up to date, rewriting where necessary. Ensure that all hardware and software is used correctly and efficiently. Giving all staff instruction and support when necessary. To ensure that our internet service is accurate and efficient. Deal with all problems, complaints within this service. Help with design projects and visual displays. To take photographs and develop the marketing of Oasis through social media. Ensure inputting of stock is up to date You will have access to sensitive information which should be viewed with the strictest confidentiality. Any reasonable task requested by the management. Skills Required Creativity Excellent IT Skills inc use of Mac and PC Software Excellent Communication Skills Apprenticeship Framework IT Application Specialist Qualifications Required A C or above in Maths and English (Or equivalent) is essential and a previous qualification or self taught knowledge in Graphic Design would be an advantage.
