Designation Branch Head - Ludhiana - 1 Opening(s) Job Description Responsible for generating new sales while maintaining current customer base and providing outstanding customer service New Branch Development & Franchisee development to meet business needs Identify, negotiate and placement of vehicles using most appropriate and cost-effective way Work in parallel with ASM to develop and implement marketing strategies for increase in sales/business development Responsible for converting Sales revenue into Billed revenue within the minimum time stipulated Improve logistics processes by evaluating satisfaction of operations requirements Customer satisfaction through key account management Achieve branch transportation revenue target as per budget Maintaining the cash transactions and branch accounts reconciliation Analyze the quotes of several brokers and agree for a economical quote and send it to Operation Manager/ Corporate for approval Track the vehicle for ensuring timely delivery of goods Ensure that the branch assets are in a proper condition, it is being used for official purposes only and tracked in log book Responsible for Service levels and smooth functioning of operations in the region Follow standardized SER guidelines on administrative processes Vendor Evaluation & Selection Select a vendor which provides load planning, load tendering, after hours service coordination, track and trace services, RFP management Desired Profile Should be a Graduate Excellent Knowledge of Hard Freight Should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of working experience in Transportation, Supply chain management, operations Business Communication: Good writing and speaking skills with clear presentation.
