Designation: Manager –Billing Experience : 5-10 yrs Salary :50 -65 per month Sector : Real Estate DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY: • Timely and accurate process of all bills. • Finalization of delay penalty, Material rate difference • material recovery, Debit if any and other for their respective sites • Communicating with the contractors and site team for any issues in the bills • accurate WIP checking at site every month end • Reconciliation of all the parties all the parcels. • Finalization of rate of extra item (if any rate other than WO) • Communicating with the contractor for any explanation against to bill or justification. • Developing of SOPS for bill checking based on our own policies & system requirements. • Proper distribution of work amongst team members’ routine. • Keeping informed planning & estimation and billing & contracts with latest changes in the project due to management decision or otherwise. • For each and every activity perform proper record should be maintained.
