Despite all these complaints being logically true, the author and everyone else who agrees needs to understand that the Philippines naturally has a culture that is very tolerant of chaos. It simply is part of the culture. In some, the allowance for uncertainty is large, such us our culture, and in others uncertainty is avoided such as in Japan or numerous Western countries. Its a cultural trait called Uncertainty Avoidance. By noticing and complaining about everything thats wrong with the way Filipinos drive, sure, youre proving that youre observant and are aware of a more efficient method but it also means that you are ignorant of the differences in culture, and are not very good at adapting. Its part of the charm of our country. Live and let live, damn it! haha
