Despite lack of sleep last night, I am SO happy that I got up for a beautiful trail run with wonderful people this morning. I really, really enjoyed running for over an hour this morning with Vice, Susan, Darrell, Rob, Tania, Shannon and Andy through the beautiful Laura Secord trail. The sound of birds, the smell of pine, the give of the wet mud, the challenge of repeated hills, the conversation as we ran and the feeling of the sun on my skin is something that I am overjoyed to get back to!! Seeing as Vice is out running for another FOUR hours, I suppose I have time to lift some kettlebells. Off to LC training I go!! Happy Easter Weekend everyone!
