Despite the summons directed at President Kenyatta two things remain: 1.The African Union has a resolution that remains in effect - Heads of State should not appear in person 2. In November 2013, ASP amended the Rome Statue to allow attendance via video link for people holding high public office. ..(President Uhuru in the interest of Justice allowed his process to go on for the Truth to be known - But that resolution remains) ICC is clearly on a path that needs to be described as it is.... A Big Joke Anyway, For a Prosecution that once said We will make Kenya an example.. we know what they want What value does the presence of President Kenyatta add to the Status Conference? In my opinion Ego Trips should not be allowed to have their way But that is not my decision, I can only express what I hold right and believe to be the right response The truth is the key witnesses in the case have all withdrawn. The case as presented is now merely a novel. No hard evidence or witnesses to back it Maybe I am wrong, Let me ask you, Should President Uhuru go to the Hague?
