Despite to incredibly stressful days, my eating hasnt been as out of control this weekend. Its not perfect, but a vast improvement. Tonight, I made homemade focaccia bread pizza for the kids that came in at a measly 53 calories a slice! The crust was quick and easy and my kids actually told me it was awesome! Im hoping for a workout tonight, since I was unable to on Thursday and Friday. Im ready to end this weekend on a positive note.
