Determined, determined, determined to try and not create new hierarchies in the city, new power struggles. Everyones work is amazing & their dream, I really want to try not to create new cliques, only share certain peoples work, and create the exact thing we were trying to run away from when we first started doing things together a few years ago, nobody wanted to know and you had to pay to get in a newspaper or for powerful dudes to care about what you were trying to do, and you had to be cool enough to get a RT, you had to prove your worth, and I remember feeling anxious, small and nervous. This is a call, to remind me if we turn into the very thing we had to try and escape in Birmingham. Call me out, I want to listen, I am worried that sometimes I forget this under pressure of workload, excitement of ideas and because capacity isnt quite what it used to be. Help me out! (Just try to be kind, I get a bit emotional sometimes, not much of a hard knock). Thanks dudes. Just trying my best, and following my heart. Will probably mess up more often than get it right, so apologies in advance!
