Social skills Job Specification Responsibilities: -Analysis customer requirements, customer interaction and relationship management. -Design, development, testing and support of integration jobs, data quality metrics, master data management, SOA architecture design, business intelligence and analytics. -Consult with managerial and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of software applications. -Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into high quality computer programs using specialized technology. -Write, analyze, review, and rewrite programs, using design diagrams, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic. -Conduct various testing cycles and trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired results. -Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. -Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions. -Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users. -Execute training on solutions. I f your CV is successful a screening test called “Trail By Fire” will required to be completed, candidates would be required to utilize their own resources to write the test. The test will be sent in advance for candidates to set up their test environment and have valuable practice time. When the test starts, candidates have 48 hours to complete the test.
