Developing more symmetrical and balanced loading patterns: mobility training is popular. I would say most go thru a mobility series for the sake of going thru a mobility series - not really knowing why, what, or where the problem(s) is/are. Work to improve alignment, stability, position...then maybe add soft tissue modalities, stretching, and some specific mobility moves to aide you with your specific needs.
