Plan, manage, design and supervise the construction of projects. - Job location : Nasr City - Company Field Housing & development company. - Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. with 7 year of experience in a managerial position.. - Education and Certificates: 1- PRMP certified 2- Primavera certified 3- BSc Architectural Engineering, Cairo University/Ain Shams University/ Fine Arts, Helwan University 4- Professional Program in Project Management, AUC - Duties : 1- Undertakes technical and feasibility studies and site investigations 2- Develops detailed designs 3- Assesses the potential risks of specific projects, 4- Manages and supervising contractors on site and provides advising on civil engineering issues 5- Oversees the work of junior staff or mentoring civil engineers 6- Resolves design and development problems 7- Prepares budgets and other project resources, Compiles and approves reports 8- Uses a range of design computer packages for designing projects and undertaking complex and repetitive calculations 9- Uses a range of design computer packages for designing projects and undertaking complex and repetitive calculations. 10- Adopts all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments 11- Ensures that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget. 12- Corrects any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements prior to final evaluation and project reviews Qualifications and Skills : - Proficiency level in Ms. Office. - Very good command of English (Both Written & Spoken) - Experience budgeting and feasibility studies.
