Devil’s Plan Recently, I received a number of concerned mails about the fate of Muslims in Angola. Some web based papers, following their devilish plans to defame Islam, have taken this initiative. This news was authentically rebutted by Al-Jazeira. Islam is a part and parcel of the African Society for centuries. The true Christians of Africa helped nascent Islam in a substantial manner. King Negus of Abysynia was the first who provided safety to the early Muslims when they escaped the Meccan persecution. Down through the ages, Africa was brutally colonialized by the Western Powers. With Colonialization and as an extended arm of the capitalists, came the new brand of imported Christianity. History of Africa has ever since witnessed communal violence on many occassions. This is a favorite tool of those who divide and rule. The question is what these papers are trying to do. Their hidden agenda could be multi-faceted. Here are some conclusions that be drawn superficially: 1. To incorrectly inform the local populace (mostly non-Muslims) in order to instigate inappropriate actions, especially by the right wing extremists. 2. To defame Islam in an indirect, albeit unsubstantiated manner. A popular tool that has been used for the past 250 years. 3. To create fear and dessonance in the Muslim mind I should point out two narrations in the Holy Quran. The first is about receiving a wrong news and propagating it further. It is to be found in Chapter 49, Verse 6. The second is about (devilish) planers. All, especially they (such planers) must read Chapter 3, Verse 34.
