Devolution is taking shape in Kakamega County. Right now there is improvement of town roads in Mumias with upgrading posta street, coop bank street and others into tammack. Markets are being constructed at Shianda, Harambee, Butere and other small urban areas, ECD centre across the county are almost complete, classes for primary school are being roofed in various schools. Thanks to our dear Governor Oparanya for exemplary leadership and development plans. You are proving to be a real good development planner. Without forgetting his advisors namely Justin Mutobera, HSC, who has always shaped development ideas and strategically identified projects that meet the needs of our people. Kudos to Him!!!!!.These are the leaders we need now and for the next decade.
