#Diabetes #Turmeric: My life has change doctors want me to be on medication in my opinion it doesnt work. I try eat healthy by eating organic foods at least 80% however the bottom line is have to exercise so sugar can drop. Its very difficult due to our foods has chimerical & pesticides & GMO. Eating to much process food in the past. Pray asking God to help me give me sign what should I do...through my research herbs are the best! Recently, I found turmeric use a couple of times during the day. Feels its working..It makes sense God put herbs in the ground for us to be healthy. I trust God NOT man..Yay! :)
