Diamond Valley refs are shit. 5 steps is a travel at any age level. How are kids supposed to learn when they are allowed to ignore the rules? And how are you supposed to teach kids how to play clean man on man defence when their strong defensive pressure forces errors, but the referees allow to ball carrier to travel and double dribble aroud it?
