Dianne Derby BREAKING NEWS: Two-week-old baby found on train tracks in Pueblo. Police tell us it happened this afternoon around 2:15 in the area of 29th and Lowell. They say a group of citizens had a woman in custody who was running from the train tracks. A pair of city workers pulled the baby from the tracks. They tell us the baby is okay but was taken to the hospital to be checked out. Police say the woman, 31-year old Jessica Sloan, was incoherent and taken into custody and transported to the police station for questioning and evaluation.
