Did You Know? You can email your VA Healthcare Team via Secure Messaging through My HealtheVet! Activate your account today by completing the following steps: 1. Login to My HealtheVet at myhealth.va.gov. 2. Click on the red tab labeled Secure Messaging. 3. Select the orange box to Open Secure Messaging. 4. Read/Accept Secure Messaging Terms and Conditions (please note: some users may not see this option). 5. Once directed to the Inbox, click on New Message in the upper left hand corner. Please send a “test” message to either your Primary Care team or the My HealtheVet Coordinator team listed in the TO section. Heres some of the things you can do through Secure Messaging: -- Ask non-emergency room questions about your health -- Request appointments, prescription renewals, or ask administrative questions ...and a member of your health care team should respond within 3 business days!
