Did a 6 day depletion to get ready for guest posing and get the timing for guest posing carb up correct yet still aligned with overall diet goals. Feeling flat which means its difficult to get a pump with no glycogen in muscle but all this is part of getting shredded....definitely getting excited about the next 2 high days ...and seeing my 14 clients compete on Sunday! When youre getting ready to compete, its very important to understand how your body responds and oftentimes go through days where your body may not look or feel its best but it is leading up to a response you need on the day that counts. This type of understanding takes experience, time and a detailed tracking system over the years. So for today...and the last few days...I knew I was flat based on certain areas of my body looking a certain way, how I looked in the morning, certain muscles I was unable to flex well...weight...how I felt training, veins...a number of factors. There is definitely more to bodybuilding than simply losing fat. It is timing issue to get the most aesthetically pleasing result and that is always the biggest challenge and chase! Im looking forward to timing things as perfectly as possible for my clients this weekend, and seeing them up on stage with a major transformation, smiling and confident!
