Did some mussels outta my BGE last night. Fired up the coals and saw that I had this grill wok from Weber hanging on my pot rack and said hey that will fit in my XL egg. So I did. Heated it up and threw in the mussels with garlic, sweet Ont...ario onion, rosemary and sea salt. Added some Shock Top Lemon Shandy and closed the lid. That easy. Done in 5 minutes and absolutely delicious. Collaboration between BGE, Weber and Ted! Cheers! Happy Hump Day See More (4 photos)
