This warm, comforting potage will certainly put asamile on your face. Fresh, last of the season tomatoes, with a few veggies. Tossed in for a supporting role and a little garlic, rosemary and white wine. Then we top it with mini grilled cheese croutons. I’m so happy. Rosebud Was a Sled... This is a grilled asparagus on a bed of fresh spinach, with fresh tomatoes, shaved parmesan, rosemary walnuts, cooked egg and balsamic vinaigrette. Served with grilled garlic bread. Cat’s in the Cradle... What do you get when you pile up brown sugar glazed ham, fresh toasted turkey, creamy brie cheese and pear chutney into a toasted challah bun? What is heaven on a bun. And that’s my final answer.
