DD) Darren Bouchard does not doubt the fact that he purchased and drew the Atlantic 49 numbers 4 10 15 28 39 43 and that those numbers were drawn and awarded 1, 000, 000.00 CDN in prize money and that that prize went unclaimed because Darren Bouchard was undergoing chronic pain from the death of his nerves, difficulty sleeping, eating, was in constant pain and left untreated did not have the capacity to understand his ticket, his prize, or proper attention to the details of his work and daily living while being left untreated and has well been indemnified; EE) DARREN BOUCHARD did loose employment, employment capacity and developed further health issues that he is prepared to provide evidentiary support for; FF) When Darren Bouchard attempted to use his work group benefits regarding coping with his injuries and additional injuries and illnesses caused by additions of work stress he was not looked after properly by his work representatives and is currently engaged in an alternate lawsuit concerning his treatment and was ordered back to work where he was fired GG) Darren Bouchard then with the combination of treatment from the DEFENDENTS proceeding in behavior that was reckless towards his life and trying to sever relationships and committed acts reflecting those committed against him drove drunkenly with intent to endanger his safety as others had shown him HH) Darren was on the brink of self-inflicted death and total collapse and only turned back seeing in life only the relationship akin that shortly prior to being un-just-fully dismissed had began with a small cat named Peaches’ to whom Darren Bouchard believes became responsible for saving his life and was the only one that knew or bothered to give Darren the care and treatment he needed; II) DARREN BOUCHARD attempted to discuss the treatment he received with a police officer downtown on a Friday night and was later beat up and hospitalized by seven people for being seen talking to a police officer and Darren Bouchard has evidence he is willing to provide; JJ) Darren Bouchard was put into financial restraints and had to move and could not afford Peaches’ surgeries and certain treatments that he required of DARREN BOUCHARD that resulted in the death of Peaches as a result of Darren Bouchard’s effected ability to see to the proper care of him and Darren Bouchard sees no reason as to why the defendants shouldn’t be indemnified to Peaches’ for costing him Darren’s ability to see to his care, which in turn cost Peaches’ his life and Darren Bouchard is the type of person to appreciate the rarity and specialness of life and its ability to perceive and record and share a unique experience and learn routines and form habits and trust companions and it was ONLY in sharing those unique experiences and unique comforts with a unique cat that Darren believes to be special and provided the only alleviation and care he could find when none was otherwise provided does therefore request that the defendants be indemnified as so that PEACHES is one of exclusivity providing care and companionship to Darren Bouchard as well as losing the care and companionship he would have been able to expect from Darren Bouchard; KK) DARREN BOUCHARD as a result of his injuries was arrested and brought to 5 charges in the Court of Queen’s Bench in Moncton for which they found him not responsible due to the psychiatric effect of his injuries; LL) DARREN BOUCHARD had articles posted in the Times and Transcript with false statements and presentations of facts that did libel Darren and make him appear as though he had done things to degrees and said DARREN did and said things he didn’t in order to create some story about a man in Moncton who isn’t responsible for his behavior and proceeded to stretch and misreport the facts that have occurred regarding Darren Bouchard since said complaints. 6. AS TO THE REQUESTED PLAINTIFF PEACHES* a) PEACHES* was a creature of the Earth that was unarguably born of such a time and place to have existed in the human pact that through the course of history before and during has been promising it’s members codes of Civility and Justice and the right to exist and to have ALL those inherent rights and privileges recognized and protected; b) PEACHES* was such a creature of the Earth that was born into the trusts and promises of the human pacts and codes of New Brunswick and whose existence has been demonstrated to be of a greater significance than ordinary chattel in common laws; c) It was in PEACHES* death that Darren Bouchard decided to act to the fullness of the law and see to Justice all that he has by reasonable merits of the law been seen to have been indemnified; d) Because Darren likely would not have acted to the full extent had PEACHES* not been endowed unto him (DARREN) who was amidst medical malpractice which resulted in inadequate care and death to PEACHES* it is reasonable to see that chattel of PEACHES* is equal to the total amount that Darren has been indemnified, because it is likely that had PEACHES* been able to continue his existing and providing his therapy to Darren when none other was provided under the proper human pacts and codes of New Brunswick that PEACHES* lost that ability and it was then demonstrated his worth when that which he was providing to Darren was no longer and the value of the creature PEACHES* whom his kind has long existed in our pacts demonstrated importance to the New Brunswick social pacts: it’s ethics, it’s legal decisions regarding the course of human events and it’s therefore likely that New Brunswick and other like historied jurisdictions would come to the same conclusions under the circumstances e) he was a perfectly painted orange and white tabby cat with white paws and a white belly and orange and dark orange strips with a prominent M darker in orange on his forehead who provided care and therapy to Darren Bouchard of his own accord and came into Darren’s Bouchard as a specific and unique creature experiencing history and time f) his inception occurred after Darren receiving no assistance for his continued injuries or insurance policies or treatment and subsequent professional negligence occurring at work, Darren sought out again with no other resource for the help of God or one of his agents, or even an emissary in some way to help see Darren’s purpose in life whatever that may be completed; g) Darren Bouchard was informed of a cat’s pregnancy shortly thereafter that time and wasn’t interested; h) Darren Bouchard was not interested in having any cat and wasn’t interested in cats; i) Darren Bouchard was visiting a friend when the litter arrived and saw peaches not more then two days old blind and away from the litter nursing at the tit peaches was searching for; j) Darren Bouchard saw something immediately in Peaches as he was away from the litter and blind and in a world of unknowing and looking to find his way on his own when Darren helped him crawl forward and find the tit between the other kittens by pushing him forward nudging him side to side to make sure Peaches* was seen to where he needed to by k) Peaches became or always was destined to be the fiery Cat who did not fear standing ground against his perceived opponents which is a trait that Darren found to increase his uniqueness and rarity and specialness and happenstance onto his life as it was one that Darren would often employ and needed to see himself reminded of in hard times; l) Peaches on his own accord learned to purr on Darren’s chest which provided alleviation of the pain in his right lung as a result to the anxiety he later developed due to his mistreatment and continued lack of care; m) Darren Bouchard was convinced he lived in an uncivilized world and had pain in his breath from not being able to breath properly and PEACHES of his own accord jumped on Darren’s chest and laid across his right lung and purred for over an hour; n) Peaches provided Darren care and therapeutic treatment for his breathing and anxiety problems; o) To Darren Bouchard Peaches deserved a higher standard of entitlements then God by man’s devices was already entitling Peaches* as a cat. He of his own accord when Darren was in pain made it known that his purring could provide alleviation to the pain in Darren’s lung, Peaches’ was a unique and special creature and by God or Chance endowing him as a cat to such a companion as Darren Bouchard he began to receive such exclusivities as they ought to continue to be in his losses along the same exclusivities that Darren Bouchard requests and would be along the same exclusivities that had already been being granted upon the companion and ones that the creature would likely expect of Darren; 7. TO THE COURT OF QUEEN’S BENCH HONOURABLE DARREN BOUCHARD REQUESTS a) that the Honourable Court utters into issuance the harshest of penalties under the circumstances of JUSTICE considering the treatment of DARREN BOUCHARD and the continued disregard for his health, the likely malice, the complete disregard regard for others safety and well-being; and in considering the nature of the malpractices that occurred on Darren and that DOCTOR STIRLING had likely perceived excuse regarding the anesthetic Nurse doe’s blame ability of her negligent administration of local nerve blocker continued to act with increasing negligence and disregard for the patient’s safety and all occurring and therefore inherent effects malpractice can have on those not entrusted with proper care; b) DARREN BOUCHARD requests the Honourable Court considers the reaches DARREN BOUCHARD was forced to acquiesce care for his injuries and found him-self without the adequate support of the dental and medical authorities; c) That the honourable court consider Peaches* by his integrity he held and his chattel by knowing that he as a member existing within the social pacts of society of New Brunswick did act and effect human decisions and history as he was in the jurisdictions endowed into the care and companionship of one receiving such sub-standard of care and being the victim of such indemnities had instead of have his rightful care seen to medically and legally received such inadequate treatment and found only alleviation in that companionship in which he was called too, and Darren had accepted as such and placed upon the cat in place of legal and medical remedy that in his death the chattel value of Peaches* is seen then as equal to amount that Darren had originally himself been indemnified because it is what society allowed in place of proper treatment of Darren and is seen in Peaches* death and therefore Darren Bouchard reasonably claims to be indemnified with the loss of Peaches* to be in the equal amount of what Darren had been indemnified in so far as that Darren as well in his legal and medical matters lost Peaches* who Darren swearing to the court can reasonably with the devices of man hold the value of the cat at Darren’s value and then consider Peaches* value again to the original indemnities cost to Darren before looking unto Peaches* one more time and see again the generative nature of this case before the court and therefore more reasons by which Darren reasonably can conclude that Peaches* had been holding such a value as to be equal to DARREN’S own indemnification and that DARREN had as well been indemnified PEACHES* as well that he again reasonably can look to see that the cat is in fact worth twice that he himself originally had been indemnified as well thought and then looked again to his indemnities understanding the generative nature of such relationships, lost or not; d) Darren Bouchard requests that it consider PEACHES* based on the integrity of which held existence and that he held it in New Brunswick and that Darren requests that it be seen as such as to place Peaches* among an exclusive membership to New Brunswick as Peaches* proved himself to be an important member of our society who did contribute and influence;
