Here are the details for the Team WOD: Teams of 6 3 men and 3 women 200 kb swings (70/45) 200 ball slams (30/20) 200 partner over burpees 60 clean and jerks (136/95) Reps must be split exactly in half per gender! On a 400m track Athletes will start at the 100m race starting line Team must sprint 100m to first station with 3 athletes each carrying a member of the team. M/M , M/F and F/F are all acceptable you choose what you see fit. Once completing the 100m sprint with partner on back the teams will then split into their gender specific sections of their team and complete 200 total kb swings (100 men 100 women) Split reps anyway you see fit, each member must complete at least 10 reps! You will be given one rx kettlebell of each weight. Once each gender has completed ALL their swings then you may proceed with partner Carries to the next station 100m away where you will complete 200 ball slams (100men 100women) same rules as last time. Each gender must complete 100 reps of their rx weight. You will be given one rx ball of each weight. Once each gender has completed their 100 slams then you may partner carry once more to the burpee station that is 100m away. This station you will still do the 1:2 work rest ration but one member must lay flat on their belly on the track. Lateral burpees over their parter each rep is counted once the athletes chest has touched and they have completed a 2 foot together jump over the partner on the ground. Each member must complete at least 10 burpees. Once again 100 for the men and 100 for the women. One more partner carry 100m away to the last station where you will complete grace as a 3 person team! You will be given one bar with 135 and one with 95. Each team must complete 30 reps with each Member doing at least 3 reps! Last straightaway will be a single file sprint to the finish in your lane once all clean and jerk reps have been completed. Time will be called for your team once your last member crosses the finish line!
