To make quick corn-on-the-cob, using Amazing Taste Malibu Seasoning: corn on the cob, 4, fresh & husked butter, 1/4 cup Amazing Taste Malibu Seasoning, 1 tablespoon Water, beer or chicken broth, 1/2 cup In a microwavable dish with a lid, melt butter on HIGH for one minute. Add Amazing Taste Malibu Seasoning and the water/beer/chicken broth of your choice. Stir to dissolve. Roll the four cobs in the dish to coat well. Cover and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes, turning the cobs over halfway through the cooking time. Wait 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
