Did you know in 2004 FCNI established in partnership with the SLO County Department of Social Services, the Transitional Housing Program Plus (THP+) program? It is designed to provide affordable housing, case management, supervision and life skills training to former foster youth ages 18-24. The program also provides one-on-one counseling, support, instruction and guidance to assist former foster youth in finding and securing long-term housing. In 2007, the agency also became the THP+ provider for Santa Barbara County.
