Did you know that October 29 is National Cat Day?! Well, it is! Google it! Here are some ways you can celebrate: 1. Break out the catnip! 2. Stop by your favorite shelter with some cat supplies! 3. Break out the cat treats! 4. Buy your favorite feline a new toy, even if she or he already has five hundred under the couch...those ones are old. ;-) 5. Take some frame-worthy photos of your felines, so you can display them prominently at home and at work. Share them here, too, we like kitty pics! 6. Break out the brush and go for an extra long brushing session. 7. Find a cat shelter or rescue to volunteer with! Hey, WE are looking for Wednesday AM people...just saying... 8. Ear scritchies. Ear scritchies for everyone! 9. Put an empty cardboard box in the middle of the room, your cat will love it. 10. Share some photos of adoptable cats from our FB site to help our homeless kitties find their forever homes!
