Current Scams using a 2 Up Comp Plan: Total TakeOver, Income Outloud, National Wealth Center, The Legends Network, Empower Network, Infinity Downline, Staged and Xplocial. In order for people at the top to make money, people at the bottom of these schemes have to lose money. The 2 Up Comp Plan was first introduced in the mid 1980’s.
