Did you know that although messages sent through Apple, Google and Facebook services are encrypted, they can still be scanned at certain points by the companies themselves, for things like advertising, and can be read by authorities if subpoenaed? Now Whatsapp messenger service is going a step further with a new design to ensure messages cant be read by anyone but the sender and recipient, even if subpoenaed.
