Did you know that my page is being scored by Facebook? All pages - TopicsExpress

Did you know that my page is being scored by Facebook? All pages are scored with Facebooks new algorithms. Let me explain.... Facebook now decides what they send out to your news feed based on how popular the posts are on your favorite pages. What that means to you: If a page owner receives a lot of comments and interaction from its followers and fans whenever they post something, Facebook gives it a high score and thinks you want to see more from that page owner so they continue to send more posts through to your news feed. On the other hand, when very few comments or likes come in on a post, such as a recipe, then it is scored very low and Facebook decides the page is not interesting to its followers and therefore decides not send anymore posts to your news feed. So many of you have written to say you no longer get my posts in your news feed....and now you know why. I cannot stress enough how important it is to type a comment and hit the like & share buttons under my posts if you want to continue seeing them. However, I also understand that not everyone is online all the time to be able to do this, so please just stop by if you havent seen me in your feed Just wanted to bring that to your attention and let you know that you really should interact with your favorite pages at least two or three times a day so that you can continue seeing what they post. Dont let Facebook make decisions for you. Even if you just say yes, or looks good, its better than saying nothing at all. Or just hit the LIKE & SHARE button under the post to let Facebook know you like it.
