Did you know that there will be 1.6 million new cancer cases this year? In the United States alone it will reach $226,000,000,000 in total costs. That is both Direct Costs and Indirect costs. Medical insurance covers the Direct costs which is less than half of that 226 billion. Indirect costs are what we the people pay.
