Did you watch the Glasgow 2014 Opening Ceremony? If you did, youll have seen our Creative and Cultural Industries Subject Librarian, Jacqueline Boston, and her two wee terriers, Poppy and Zelda. Zelda, left, was representing the tiny tropical island of St Helena while Poppy, a Wheaten Scottie, was strutting her stuff for Malta. Following on from our student athletes competing in events such as Hammer Throw and Badminton, were proud that UWS was once again represented at the Commonwealth Games. #Glasgow2014 #CommonwealthGames
