Didnt feel like doing legs at gym so I did my own SDMT SPEED, EXPLOSION, CONDITIONING ATHLETE LEG DAY. Destroyed me posting video soon! Here it is! 1.5 in soft sand 4 sets 10 box jumps (boardwalk wall standing in sand) 2 miles run on land (boardwalk) 10 sets 40 yard sprints Half mile back pedal 6 sets till I hit goal (walk in between til recover) Then 2.5 land run home. Whooped my ass! Going from all three energy systems creatine ATP, Glycolysis, and aerobic system. Shocking the body going from using carbs for explosive exercises, to fat and muscle for jogging. Its a great shock to the body! My legs are DONE!
