Didnt lose any weight last week. I know at some point I can expect the weight loss to slow and even stop, but going from losing 3-5 lbs week to nothing at all is unusual, and I dont think its the plateau. I think its that Im using my exercise as an excuse to eat more, and while I havent been going over calories by that much, Ive still been going over. Im going to use my Sith training to funnel my anger/disappointment about that into energy to push me harder. Gonna crack down on the diet again, been lax on that, add half a mile to my daily run, and stop tracking exercise in my fitness pal altogether. 15lbs to go! Thats nothing!
