Its in the program. Most of my old friends are there from the neighborhood. In the trenches. They werent adept at milking the system. The ones that are adept, are in the City Council. The School Board. The Teachers Union. The Police Department. The Public Defenders Office. The Cook County Commissioners office. Thats Milk. Defined.
