Diesel got a chance to enjoy the sun today and do some safe training. The abilities of our K9 partners definitely keeps officers and citizens safe. These four-legged officers can go where two-legged officers cant. When needed, they can hold a suspect who is being non-compliant until an officer can safely take that person into custody. To keep their skills safe and in tune, they train like this frequently. These dogs are very valuable in helping keep citizens and officers safe should the need arise. And Diesel enjoys the exercise as well.
