Different technique on the jerk balance then im used to. Normally do them with barbell at forehead level and standing on toes (as if at the end of your dip+drive during a jerk) and quickly landing in a split jerk under the bar. Today we did it with the bar on front-rack, with the back foot in its finished position. Front foot was kept under hips and we dipped and drove the bar up and only moved the other foot to its finishing front position, never moving the back foot. stayed light
