Difficult clients come with the turf. Good news is there’s only a couple of em out there-bad news is they get around a lot, and sometimes its just your turn to get one and when it is do the best you can and shake off the stress. However once in a great while the drama they can cause may warrant suggesting they go elsewhere for their services. Here’s a script for saying so. ‘It’s really important to me that you’re happy with the way I do your hair. However the last few times you’ve been in I just haven’t been able to do so. And I really think you’d be happier if you found someone else to do this for you. I’m sorry for disappointing you. And I appreciate the opportunity you gave me to serve you. Now if you don’t like my words change em but for your own freaking sake get the damn thing handled.
