Difficult to fathom - Sami & I are celebrating our 43rd Anniversary today & it is our 45th year together ! ( 2 years on the road as a musician with her along -- Opening for Chicago & Blood Sweat & Tears ) ------- SOoooo --- I went to Ports Farm & hit the Jackpot -- They had recently restocked the Meat with Fresh Cut - 2 week aged beef --- I went through the Steaks & selected a Porterhouse with a huge Filet Side -- I also selected a filet Mignons & A Sirloin - the cut that has the Filet on one side --- All this cost about the same as One Person eating out at a good Steakhouse & I will cook these over a Thorn Apple Fire --- ( After I cook Corn on the fire in the husk & bake a couple New Russets -------------------- Meanwhile --------- You know you have been together a LOOooong time when an Afternoon Delight -- Is --- A Batch of twice fried Frenchfries( Heavily Sprinkled with Course Sea Salt ) made from the new Potatoes we just dug -- dipped int the Fresh Ketchup that Sami Made Yesterday ! --- What a Great - Laid Back Day for us! ---- Triple Heeeee!
