Digicel is aware that some of our customers are experiencing difficulties connecting to our 4G services. Our technical team is working to have the matter resolved within the shortest possible time. Affected customers are being advised to make adjustments to their mobile network settings and switch from 4G to 2G service in the interim. Digicel apologises for the inconvenience and we will keep you updated as progress is made.
