Dinner :D 1 Full Rack Pork Ribs (Thawed) 1/3 2-liter Dr. Pepper (Store brand can suffice) 4 bottles thick & spicy BBQ Sauce 4 TBSP Coriander 4 TBSP Crushed Red Pepper 4 TBSP Black Pepper 1 TBSP Salt 4 TBSP Cinnamon 1 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1 Whole Clove Garlic (Peel & then Mince / Press it) Cut Rib rack into 3 or 4 pieces. Place in 5 Quart Crock Pot. Add all 4 bottles of BBQ Sauce, spices, sugar, etc & then fill with Dr. Pepper (& optionally 50/50 Dr. Pepper & a good dark stout... Guinness always works well) until at least 1 1/2 - 2 inches of fluid are covering the ribs & BBQ sauce. Cook on LOW for 8 - 12 hours. Ribs are done when they begin to fall apart when you attempt to pick them up with a fork or tongs. Serves 2 - 4 people, or one very hungry person.
