Dinner tonight is gonna be yummy! Yes, we are eating late, had a long busy day today... 4 hours at the neurologist will do that to ya lol.... but dinner is an au-gratin potato, mixed vegetables (peas, green beans, carrots, corn, lima beans), and beef casserole. Dessert is fresh homemade strawberry pie (SC Strawberries, YUM!) in butter-graham cracker crust. The smells in this kitchen tonight are making my mouth water, and Lilly Pad and Jasper are both investigating the kitchen often, sticking their noses up to the exhaust vent at the bottom of the double ovens lol.
