Dinner with Nette last night...the best date and/ or landlady one could ever hope for....went to Republic which replaced my favorite Campanile....the food was extraordinary....short ribs cooked sous vide tasted like bone marrow and the salade frisée with brussels sprouts was worth the price of admission....huge menu which changes daily and a most beautiful room to dine in....one of several....of course....the dining companion is always superb....the even gave me extra bones for Maggie....she says Two Arfs Up !
