Dire bonjour à Winnie!! Also known as Napoleanna, this little Frenchie has a HUGE personality. Winnie is incredibly goofy, affectionate, dramatic, demanding, loving, and communicative. Winnie struts and poses with confidence, and loves to be right next to you and maybe stare at you with her big goofy face until you rub her belly. She knows she is the queen of the castle, and her adoptive family will have to earn her trust and respect through providing love, exercise, and boundaries. Winnie has a strong prey drive and will chase cats and small animals - so a home with no dogs or big dogs is best. Amazingly, this is not Winnies first time going through the adoption process, but this is due to human issues, not hers.
