Directions of Tribunal on report of company liquidator (in brief) 1- The Tribunal shall fix the time for dissolution of company after receiving the report from company liquidator or official liquidator. 2- The Tribunal may order for sale of the company or its assets or part thereof which is in going concern after proper examination of report of company liquidator. 3- The Tribunal has power to appoint sale committee which comprises the officer, promoters and creditors of the company who may assist the liquidator of the company 4- in case of any report received from the company liquidator, or the central government or any other person that a fraud has been conducted by the company, the tribunal has power to make investigation order under section 210 of the act without passing the winding up order and also give directions under section 339 to 342 of the act or direct the Company Liquidator to file a criminal complaint against person who were involved in the commission of fraud. 5-The Tribunal may give order for taking such steps to enhance the value of the assets of the company. 6-The Tribunal may pass such other order or give such other directions as it considered fit. (Section 283, The Companies Act, 2013)
