Director of Business Development EGYPT GOLD’S JOB DESCRIPTION Director of Business Development He is the corporate officer who is responsible of managing and controlling the business. He is in charge of safe guards the company’s assets and the well fare of the investment, in accordance with standards, objectives and plans established by the Board of Directors. He operates with direct responsibility on all the facets of the business including the financial, the administration and the technical areas, Academy, Business Development, Events & PR and Marketing Dept. He is not responsible of the gyms operation. He reports to the Chairman and the V Chairman of the Board. • Enhance the TEAM WORK spirit among all personnel of Egypt Gold’s and strengthen the unity with sub- franchisees. • A partner in establishing the macro strategies for Egypt Gold’s to realize the main goal of developing and leveraging Gold’s Gym brand in Egypt. • Responsible of assuring that the application of corporate goals and plans are implemented on good solid business manners via the team efforts of all departments. • Responsible of all connections and communications with Sub-Franchisees concerning their problems, solutions, keep them aware of any new developments or/ rules and regulations • Responsible of utilizing and following all Gold’s Gym International tools, rules and regulations. • Develop and establish Egypt Gold’s overall marketing, targets and the code of conduct. • Responsible of overall image of Egypt Gold’s and keeps the corporate operation at the highest international standards to maintain a strong Gold’s Gym in Egypt. • Establish and develop solid and sound operating procedures for all areas under his control. This would include all human resources area that deals with hiring, firing, promotion and training. • He is responsible of preparing the yearly corporate budget for his area in accordance of corporate policy and requirements. • Keep good accurate corporate records including the financial and accounting which meet all required standards. He would follow and comply with all governmental and official rules and regulations. • Responsible of developing the annual target of expansion in the area of new sub-franchising and managements contracts • Responsible of keeping the Tech. Dept. up to date and support its participation in its roll to help all trainers. • He is responsible for all recruiting functions in his control areas that include hiring, firing, and promotion and training, benefits. He will coordinate and work closely with all other departments’ heads concerning their needs and fulfillment. • Plan and perform all events program and members social activities within the given guide lines. • Supervise the monthly meeting “The Executive Committee” with all departments’ heads; submit monthly summary reports Kindly send your updated resume along with recent photo to eissae@hotmail
