"Disappeared News (un)-invited to (de) Occupy lawsuit status conference" that is unfortunate Larry. thank you so much for being there and representing the alternative non profit press. it is bad that the status conference on the deoccupyhonolulu lawsuit was held away from public scrutiny yesterday in the Judges chambers. both attorneys and the Judge should have insisted it be held in the public view. it maybe a normal thing as i have seen a few times. i will find out later and am really not sure why this particular instance happened in this way. they may have been negotiating, making a schedule or the Judge said it should be done in this manner. people are not inclined to make a Judge dis-comfortable. they should have done so in front of the press - you -. you are not pretending to be the press like so many - hired gun hit men- clean up artist "pros", we especially see in Washington and here, the propaganda profit press. now, an addition to the record with respect to the number of raids: Thursday July 25th 11:00 PM first Bill 7 Raid and taking of property. Wednesday July 31st 4:00 AM second Bill 7 Raid and taking of property. Wednesday July 31st in the morning notifications at different areas they were right away going to take tents and items.(inclusion of the other raids based on the oral notifications on Wednesday could also be included in the tally). Friday August 2nd 4:25 AM, third Bill 7 Raid and taking of property. Friday August 2nd afternoon, notification by City employee they were right away going to take away to take tents and items. (they had a full construction crew of DFM right there. we set up again later that night) Saturday August 3rd, not sure what happened here. Hawaii Five 0 was still there on location in the morning. (one person who was there did not remember what happened. in the morning we discovered tent without pallets behind wall and without Bill 7 tags on poles. still trying to figure out this one). to add in more description: they came once on the 25th at about 11:00 PM for the first Bill 7 raid. there was tropical storm Flossie which delayed their raids a bit on Thursday night (if they thought to again on the 25th), Friday the 26th and Monday the 29th. they may have been cleaning up after the storm on the 30th. Wednesday the 31st they raided at 4:25 am right before the celebration as they had a few other times. they had invited seemingly fakestate media properganda press to this one. in the morning later there were oral notifications in different areas they were going to take the tent and items a couple more times on the 31st. Friday August 2nd 4:25 AM right before Hawaii Five 0 shoot at the Honolulu Museum of Arts School ( the name changed to Honolulu Museum of Art ) third Bill 7 Raid and taking of property. (again inclusion of the other raids on Wednesday could also be included in the tally).
