Disaster Avoidance and Recovery Plan (DARP) Company Announcement - Philippines ______________________________________________________ DARP UPDATE #1 DARP Activated at Alphaland and Citibank Sites: Business As Usual Dear valued Alorica employees, Alorica is operating business as usual. As you are aware, heavy monsoon rains of Tropical Storm “Maring” (Trami) has caused flooding in many areas in Metro Manila which undeniably affected us in varying degrees. Cebu, on the other hand, is experiencing light rainfall and our operations continue with no effect on our business. Your Alorica leaders are working hard to make sure that Alorica gives its best to employees in these trying times. Alorica has made the following available for the employees of affected sites, Alphaland and Citibank: Food Supply Free meals were served in Manila and Cebu sites today, August 19th, and we will continue to provide meals through COB of Tuesday shift, August 20th. Our site Admin teams will coordinate with the account or department contact persons for meals distribution and schedule. Transportation – Free Shuttle Service Free Shuttle Service is provided for Alorica employees while DARP is active. We have deployed vans at designated areas in four routes – North, South, West and East. All vans have Alorica logos printed on paper. We will be providing a new list of routes, pick-up points, schedules and driver/van details in DARP Update #2. Sleeping Quarters, Showers and Mats Our sleeping quarters and showers are available to accommodate employees who are unable to go home due to floods. We are also providing mats and have converted Alabama Training Room at Alphaland as an additional sleeping area for day time use (Manila hours).
